Our Unique Services

Have a unique concept or design in mind? RCI Theming can produce custom theming for any project. Since our inception in 1987, we have taken part in many renowned thematic displays, such as the rotunda in Jurassic Park, now on display at Universal Studios. More recently, we used our CNC router to carve the Seven Deadly Sins that appeared in the movie Shazam. Our work can be seen around the world, from the Geological Museum in China, to Sheikh Abdullah Al-Salem Cultural Centre in Kuwait,  to Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

Design, Theming & Fabrication

Our creative designs and proficient fabrication techniques produce exceptional and highly accurate products every time. Our multidisciplinary team consists of sculptors, artists, welders, metalworkers, and more. We use a blend of materials including high density foams, concrete, metal, wood, epoxies, and paints. Our theming services combine specialized sculpture, specialty painting, bronze and aluminum work, rockwork, and 3D technologies to suit the needs of any project.

Specialized Sculpture

We offer a variety of sculpting services. Building upon designs or reference material, our skilled artists can sculpt physical models of any concept you have in mind. We have extensive experience sculpting diorama models and fleshed-out specimens. Throughout every stage of a project we ensure that every aspect is accurate. We also offer a variety of mediums for sculpture formation. Once completed, the sculpture can be transferred to a mold and reproduced in the material that best suits your project.

Concrete, Rockwork & Groundwork

We are pleased to offer a variety of specialized rockwork and cement services. For over 30 years we have partnered with amusement parks, museums, zoos, aquariums, contractors and other institutions to produce exceptional and collaborative installations and exhibits. Our rockwork and cement services include Stamped or Sculpted Rockwork and Geological Molding and Recreations.

As Realistic as it Gets

Using high performance cement materials with various fiber reinforcements, we are capable of creating a wide assortment of concrete products. These materials can be sprayed, hand sculpted, cast or stamped to form durable and highly accurate items. Cast panels or sculpture and spray techniques may be used to create large and immersive environments.

We have the facility and resources to complete any type of custom work from the initial design phase, in-house fabrication, on-site construction and installation. We work with all types of mediums (including steel, cement, fiberglass, epoxies, paints, urethanes, acrylics, wood and more) to build the most natural looking recreations for the finest, most durable products or environments. 

Geological Molding & Recreations

Our team has extensive expertise molding and casting specific geological sites. We can produce panel work or ground peels of any size and complexity. Our team can mold any site of your choice and then cast it in concrete. We have a considerable inventory of molds from different geological sites from around the world, including the K-Pg Boundary, Mistaken Point and the San Andreas Fault.
